Booking & pricing
What's included in the hourly rate?
Every booking includes the full pitch, floodlights after 6pm, unlimited bottled water, and access to both changing rooms.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book up to 11 months in advance, approximately 330 to 353 days ahead.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Thai bank transfers, QR code payments, and credit cards. A 50% deposit is required once your booking is confirmed.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking with no fee. If there is a sudden change in weather, there is no cancellation charge.
Why is night more expensive than day?
Nighttime is a peak period and requires the use of the stadium floodlights.
The pitch & facilities
Is the grass really natural?
Yes. The pitch is 100% natural Paspalum grass.
What size is the pitch?
The pitch meets the FIFA standard for a professional 11-a-side football field and measures 105 metres long by 68 metres wide. It can also be adjusted for 9v9, 7v7, or other sizes as needed.
Are the changing rooms unisex or separate?
The changing room is unisex, and a separate bathroom is available for men and women.
Is there parking?
Yes. There are plenty of parking spaces around the stadium.
Can spectators come watch?
Yes. The spectator stand can accommodate up to 3,000 people.
Match day
What happens if it rains?
The pitch usually takes around 30 minutes to drain. You can decide whether to continue or cancel the match at no extra cost.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the match. Players may warm up beside the pitch during the 30 minutes before kickoff.
Do you provide footballs and equipment?
Yes. We can provide footballs and other football-related equipment when needed.
What about studs — what's allowed on the grass?
Football boots with studs or cleats are allowed on the grass.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes. You may bring your own food and drinks.
Memberships
Can memberships be shared between teams?
Yes. Memberships are owned by the buyer (a captain, organizer, or company), and matches can be played by any team they bring. We just need to know who's playing 24 hours ahead.
How long do membership matches stay valid?
The membership stays valid for 1 year.
Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes. It is possible.
Is membership refundable?
The membership is non-refundable.
